- Please do not post any offensive videos.

- Please do not post any videos that come across as advertising or promotional in nature.  (If you are interested in advertising, please contact us).

- Please do not post abusive or offensive comments.

- Please do not upload clips that you do not own or that you do not have permission to upload.

Please note that:

- Any clips that you upload to SnowJapan.TV remain yours. 

- We make no claim to ownership and will give no other party any permission to use the video clips uploaded to SnowJapan.TV

- You can delete any clip that you upload to SnowJapan.TV using your account at any time.

- We will also not share any private information (names, email addresses) with any third party.  The information is stored securely on our server.

- We will do nothing to the files uploaded to SnowJapan.TV other than host them within this website.

We reserve the right to:

- not approve any video that is uploaded.

- delete any video.

- edit/adjust any posted comments.

- edit/adjust any category settings.

- ban people from using the site who are causing us or other members problems.
